Shipping

Where do you ship? We ship to 64 countries. Shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.

How long does delivery take? Orders are prepared in 2 to 5 business days and then take 7 to 14 business days to arrive. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Do I pay customs? Duties are not included in the price. In most destinations there is nothing to pay, but any charge applied by your local authority is the buyer's responsibility.

The pieces

What are they made of? Each product page lists the finish for that specific piece. Everything we sell is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin.

Will the plating last? Kept away from perfume, chlorine and water, yes. Every piece ships with care instructions.

How do I find my size? Ring sizes are listed in US measurements with the millimetre diameter next to them, so you can measure a ring you already own and match it.

Orders

Can I change or cancel? Yes, within 48 hours of ordering, before the parcel is packed. Email support@perrinejewelry.com and we will sort it.

My order has not arrived. Check the tracking link first. If it has not moved in 7 days, email support@perrinejewelry.com and we will replace or refund.
