Shipping policy

Where we ship

Perrine ships to 64 countries across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Caribbean. If your country appears at checkout, we deliver there.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum value. Tracking is included at no extra cost.

Processing

Orders are prepared within 2 to 5 business days. Personalised and engraved pieces sit at the upper end of that range, because each one is made after the order is placed.

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery takes 7 to 14 business days.

You receive a tracking link by email when the parcel leaves. The first carrier scan can take 3 to 5 days to appear while the parcel is in transit. That gap is normal.

Customs and import duties

Prices do not include import duties or local taxes. Most destinations charge nothing, but where a local authority applies a fee, it is payable by the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund these charges.

Address changes

Write to us at support@perrinejewelry.com within 48 hours of ordering and we can still correct the delivery address. After the parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, email support@perrinejewelry.com. We will replace the order or refund it in full, at your choice. You are not asked to wait out an indefinite delay.
