These terms

By placing an order with Perrine you accept the terms below. We may update them, and the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable tax where indicated. They exclude import duties, which are covered in the Shipping Policy. Payment is taken at checkout.

Product descriptions

We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including finish and measurements. Screens render colour differently, so slight variation between the photograph and the piece is not a defect. Where a genuine error appears in a description or price, we may cancel the affected order and refund it.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Care and suitability

Our pieces are nickel-free and suitable for sensitive skin. They are fashion jewellery and are not intended to be worn while swimming, showering, or sleeping unless the product page says otherwise. Care guidance is on each product page, and damage caused by disregarding it is not a manufacturing fault.

Intellectual property

The Perrine name, the content of this store, its photography and its text belong to us or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused commercially without our written consent.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
