Made-to-order items, such as bespoke designs or birthstone inserts, can sit at the upper end of the dispatch range. Simple designs like initials, charms and standard birthstones follow the normal timeframe.

Shipping itself is free on every order, to all 64 countries we deliver to, with no minimum to reach. What is not included is import duty: most destinations charge nothing, but where your local authority does apply a fee, it is paid by the recipient. We cannot calculate or refund it.

Priority Processing is an optional $3 add-on in the cart. It moves your order to the front of our packing queue, so it is prepared and handed to the carrier ahead of standard orders.
